1. When to use
Spray VitaMag in the evening, about 15–30 minutes before bed.
Your body absorbs magnesium best when your skin is warm — so using it after a shower works even better.
2. Where to spray
For deeper, more restful sleep, apply it to your feet and calves.
These areas help relax the body and calm the nervous system before bedtime. If your take magnesium for daily support (without pain, sleepless nights etc.), apply 8-12 sprays a day to larger areas like your legs, arms or stomach.
If you also hold tension in your shoulders or neck, you can add a few sprays there too.
3. How much to use
Use 8–12 sprays per day for sleep support.
Massage it gently into the skin and let it absorb for 15–20 minutes.
